Senior Data Analytics Solutions Architect

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Solutions Architect to design, develop, and oversee scalable data analytics solutions. The role involves defining data architecture, enabling advanced analytics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence solutions
  • Define data architecture, data models, and data governance frameworks
  • Lead the development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide architectural guidance on data platforms (cloud/on-premise)
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices for analytics
  • Mentor and guide data engineers, analysts, and junior architects
  • Optimize performance of data systems and analytics workloads
  • Support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and reporting initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies
  • Expertise in SQL and programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration in analytics solutions
  • Certification in cloud or data architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience in real-time/streaming data architectures (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
