Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

•  Required 5 years’ analytical experience in enterprise eCommerce:

o  Transaction views: customer progression, conversion, and fallout

o  Errors and error scenarios

o  Customer experience feedback (Foresee, OpinionLab)

o  Deep-dive analysis

•  4-5 years’ experience with A e Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI

•  Proactive and anticipatory problem solver

•  Ability to analyze data using SQL, Cassandra, and Graph QL to provide business and product insights

•  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Required analytics skills in:

• A e Analytics—tagging and reporting of business metrics

• Understanding of custom analytics tagging approaches

• Quantum Metric—customer experience analytics

• Dynatrace—performance analytics

Successful candidate will need to develop understanding of:

  Commerce Order Management functions, including flows on att.com and post submit processing

•  High-level monitoring and KPI reporting vs. detailed operational reporting

Responsibilities

•  Analytics, Reporting, Data Wrangling, creation of dashboard for web and omni channel activities.

•  Develop & maintain operational reports and dashboards in A e Cloud, Quantum Metrics, Tableau or PowerBI etc.

•  Work with Product Owners to understand customer experience on pages and in transactional flows.

•  Manage time-sensitive deliverables for multiple teams and work in extremely fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Data Analyst Senior Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.

2) Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.

3) Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

4) Ability to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports.

5) Able complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager.

6) Able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.

7) Create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment and area of focus.

8) Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining processes.

9) Work with managers to outline the specific data needs for business method analysis project.
