Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior supply chain Consultant to lead multi-site logistics and supply chain operations in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings over 15+ years of leadership experience with global organizations in logistics and supply chain. This leader will provide vision, operational excellence, and cultural transformation to drive sustainable results in delivery, quality, cost optimization, people development, safety, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-site distribution, fulfillment, and transportation operations ensuring consistent achievement of service, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency, logistics optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams through leadership development, talent assessments, and structured succession planning.
  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and build accountability at all levels.
  • Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance and foster a world-class safety culture.
  • Partner with clients, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to align supply chain operations with business goals.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost-per-unit, labor productivity, and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead large-scale projects including network optimization, WMS/LMS implementations, and operational startups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehouse and transportation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million sq. ft. facilities and large operating budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to develop future leaders.
  • Hands-on problem solver with strategic vision to drive operational transformation and customer success.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience leading network-wide improvement programs with measurable financial and operational results.
  • Background in high-volume e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing distribution environments.
  • Track record of developing and scaling new operational models during periods of growth or transition.
