Senior Compliance Business Manager Responsibilities :
* The main function of the Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager is to act as the Compliance lead for a project to implement the new OCC Community Reinvestment Act regulation from May 2020.
* This role requires expert knowledge of current CRA compliance data collection, forecasting and submission and the ability to interpret the new rule and provide advice, support and objective guidance to the Project team and Business Owner on development and maintenance of all aspects of the first line CRA Compliance Program in line with the companys risk philosophy and strategic direction.
* They will also lead a team of Compliance professionals and be responsible to develop and maintain all aspects of the second line CRA Compliance Oversight Program.
Additionally the role will require:
* Ability to formulate relevant and meaningful data analysis, leveraging advanced modeling and analytics, and lead on the interpretation of complex business issues, generate multifaceted insights and identify opportunities to address regulatory requirements and issues
* Ability to conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practices
Senior Compliance Business Manager Skills
* Advanced knowledge of a variety of products and services, systems, and compliance advisory standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations to deliver objective guidance and independent challenge on initiatives
* Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
* Knowledge of current and emerging CRA trends
* An ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure compliance with eth regulation
* An ability to contribute to strategic direction of the Compliance advisory function and provide advice to senior leadership
* Skill in using advanced analytical software tools, data analysis methods and specialized reporting techniques
* Significant prior experience of Regulation BB: Community Reinvestment Act
* A thorough understanding of consumer and/or business financial products and services

* Background in following systems/Applications a plus: CRA Wiz, nCino, Encompass, Unifi, ALSCOM, Tableau, Python
