Title: Senior Compliance Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Engagement Description Senior Compliance Analysts are responsible for supporting processes that ensure compliance by applying regulatory guidelines to Medicare Advantage member communications.
Analyse and effectively interpret regulations in accordance with CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines and
Research and communicate CMS guidance to applicable business areas
Review materials submitted by vendors to determine compliance with Medicare regulations
Review, revise, and maintain documents related to the sales and marketing of Medicare Advantage products and submit the materials for approval through the CMS, within the mandated deadlines
Develop and improve workflows and business processes within business area to improve controls and overall quality
Assist with implementing and reviewing standard policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CMS regulations
Identify, assess, and report compliance risks and deficiencies
Review corrective action plans to ensure remediation leads to effective, compliant resolution
Participate in development and implementation of new internal procedures/controls
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience The most important must-have skills. Include:
Three years of experience in a related field, including experience with Medicare Advantage
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment with minimum supervision

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with internal & external stakeholders
Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, etc)

Education/Certifications Include:
Bachelor s degree in a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
