As a primary contributor within our newly designed strategic ePMO, you will be the knowledge expert to understand and validate our stakeholders' needs ranging from platform modernization to claims re-engineering, technologies including artificial intelligence to mobilization with an internal drive to evolve into a leading-edge agile enterprise. In the past, have you Led requirement definition, validation & coordination on multi-million $ projects Managed 15-50+ stakeholder interactions on simultaneous work-streams efforts Built strong, cross-functional and matrixed relationships Been told you're a focused communicator, detail driver and team player Educated & guided product owners while evolving Waterfall to Agile projects Organized and planned work using cloud-based project platforms Completed a degree in a CIS/MIS/related program or have significant years of experience on information system implementations Prior experience in a highly regulated or health-based industry (nice to have) WHAT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES WILL I DO FROM DAY TO DAY? Within a requirements definition and validation lens, you would Discover and analyze business processes to help understand the current "As Is" and define the "To Be" states for multi-million dollar, transformative initiatives Build relationships & collaborate with business owners, capturing the "Voice of the Customer" by writing, grooming and prioritizing value-driven user stories Identify key dependencies and line up partner Waterfall-based solutions within the Agile life cycle resulting in the implementation team's consistent delivery rhythm Produce process flows, mockups, user interface designs and other usability visuals as well as data field, migration and integration-related data mapping deliverables Within a validation, reporting and training lens, you would Lead user acceptance testing to ensure stories and Waterfall-based project requirements are validated with any defects captured and resolved Produce training, operational guides and job aid documentation for system implementations, and lead user training sessions as part of go-live activities Create reports and key insight analyses for high visibility projects as well as coordinate and lead meetings to assist project and program-level needs Be an Agile educator and evangelist to help mold and evolve organizational culture from a traditional Waterfall environment to best-in-industry Agile practices
