Job Description :
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Assists in evaluating and proposing solutions that maximize investments and drive business value across departments and partners. Analyze and clearly articulate potential solutions.
  • Examines current business procedures and recommends new ones.
  • Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications.
  • Improves systems by studying current system practices and IT modification design.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Responsible for defining and documenting requirements, systems testing, internal & external support and issue management and resolution.
  • Creates business requirements, functional design documents and process flow diagrams.
  • Develops comprehensive understanding of business processes, define as-is/to-be business models and build strong working rapport with business users.
  • Articulates business and functional requirements into deliverables.
  • Explores innovative solutions while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assists in expanding enterprise capabilities, using a best-of-breed IT approach, integrating existing Enterprise solutions and legacy systems
  • Ability to train non-experienced and experienced end-users on system usage, both in writing and verbally
