Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, statistics, and API development, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI systems and agents that leverage state-of-the-art machine learning and LLM technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and deep learning frameworks.
Build and deploy robust, scalable APIs to serve AI models and agent-based architectures.
Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and integrate with external data sources and tools.
Implement agent-based systems for automation, reasoning, and task delegation across multiple workflows.
Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to improve model performance and reliability.
Ensure operational excellence through MLOps best practices automated model training, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, backend engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
Maintain high standards for code quality, model reproducibility, and system observability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers).
Strong grasp of deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design.
Experience in API development using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Airflow, Docker, CI/CD).
Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic systems using frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, or similar.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Prior work on intelligent assistants, AI agents, or decision-making systems.
Familiarity with responsible AI practices and model governance.
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
