Pay Range: $70- $78/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively translate technical and complex content into simple, clear, and understandable messages and visualizations with focus on Powerpoint presentations
- Develop and maintain a foundational repository of “best practice” templates and standard materials
- Develop, implement and quality assure of the CSO presentations style guide (including icons, images, standard templates)
- Manage all deliverables in line with the bank s brand and corporate design standards
- Develop and maintain an effective oversight over current existing presentation materials & content
- Structure and process available content for effective re-use and global consistency
- Manage the queue of “in demand” topics to continually expand, refresh and complete the standard set of materials.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the team’s processes and knowledge management
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders for prioritization, SME contribution, resource allocation and meeting project timelines
- Share knowledge within the team by explaining current tasks and projects, expectations, and requirements of stakeholders
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Drive own topics autonomously and collaborate with others in supporting current tasks
- Proactively ensure the quality of the communications output to be delivered
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Ability to transport a complex subject matter in simple, clear, accurate and convincing message, tuned to the information needs of the audience
- Experience in working with and supporting senior management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (preferably native speaker)
- Sound experience in visual storytelling and delivering complex concepts, structures and context in easy to digest visualizations
- Proven affinity for technical topics and a good general IT knowledge
- Information security knowledge is a plus, a keen interest in the subject matter is required
- Excellent usage of Presentation tools, especially PowerPoint
- Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams as technical collaboration tools
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, including ad hoc reprioritization
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- An enthusiastic, curious, and positive attitude
