Role: Security Architect Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL ?? Job Description: Key responsibilities: The Information Security Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of corporate data throughout the entire organization. The architect will research, design, and advocate next-generation technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners and vendors. ?? ?? Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Design, develop and implement secure enterprise networks and data transfer systems according to international reference architecture standards. Create and oversee a highly secure code development environment and repository, ensuring that role-based access controls and auditable commit processes are functioning properly at all times. Design and implement security controls that provide the appropriate level of security and functionality in a variety of AWS, Azure, AWS clouds services and cloud infrastructure. ?? Develop primary and secondary security controls to protect against vulnerabilities as well as current and emerging security threats.?? Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security and other cybersecurity tools. ?? Education: Bachelors in computer related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems. ?? Essential: ???? ?? ?? ?? ??At least five years??? experience as a security architect in an enterprise-level company, with at least three years in a lead role. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Hands on cybersecurity experience with cloud infrastructure ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Proven history ensuring that business goals and regulatory requirements are achieved along with security controls. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Experience implementing security standards such as the NIST 800-series and the ISO 27001 & 27002 guidelines. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Demonstrated ability to create realistic project timelines and deliver results on-schedule. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Strong practical knowledge of security concepts, including networking protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Strong critical thinking and analytical skills ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Advanced communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in written, verbal, and presentation formats. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ability to communicate security issues to peers and management ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps ??
