Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in data security

Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and improve upon current data security strategies and processes
- Assist in the development of information security policies, standards and procedures for Data Security
- Coordination with other teams and business partners regarding data security best practices for both on premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors, partners and customers
- Serve as data security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for incident response program
- Manage and monitor data security compliance to information security policies and standards
- Serve as a data security subject matter expert and trusted advisor
- Job focuses on analyzing internal and external risk, proposing/solutioning mitigating controls and applying/managing safeguards to protect sensitive data from both internal and external threats.
- This includes working with the business and data owners to determine data sensitivity, identify current controls, assess residual risk, monitor current tools and processes to determine effectiveness.
