Duration: 12+ month contract

Peoplesoft Security Admin – Financials/Supplychain v9.2

Security Administrator for PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain v9.2 Seeking a motivated and experienced Security Administrator lead for PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain platform to provide exceptional functional skills and acumen with a demonstrable presence assessing business requirements, performing on-going audits, troubleshooting defects, conducting tests, and maintaining system configuration while providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
Provide day-to-day application security support and administrative activities, includes management of help desk tickets related to security configuration and workflow administration
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to perform security administration practices
Continuous self-improvement on latest features and functionality to enhance existing security model and efficiencies
Provide functional and technical guidance to FSCM stakeholders to support workflow processes
Perform security audits to ensure separations of duties are maintained ? Respond and address issues related to compliance, audits, and policy/procedure violations as requested by senior leadership
Gather and document business requirements based upon analysis, and document specifications and business rules
Build and maintain relationships with key application stakeholders and users to identify improvements to process or function striving to increase end user satisfaction
Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios, cases, and scripts
Responsible to create use cases, develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
Participate in release decisions and establish measures of test efficiency, effectiveness, and application readiness
Experience working through release management and software development lifecycle over multiple assignments under aggressive timelines, inclusive of testing and end user acceptance
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, users, and testers while working efficiently amongst stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation for business and technical audiences
Exercise thorough and comprehensive software development methodologies
Identify developmental or design risks and maintain knowledge of current technologies and practices to assist with consulting initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Extensive experience providing functional/technical support for PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain v9.2 application security configuration and maintenance, including User Profiles and Preferences, Static and Dynamic Roles, Functional and Primary Permission Lists, Query and Department Trees, Row Level Security, as well as Process Profiles and Definition Security
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a combination of equivalent technical experience and education
At least six (6) years of business experience, business analysis, and information technology experience
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written with technical and non-technical individuals across organization
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have completed two (2) or more FSCM v9.0 or greater security implementations or upgrades
Must have three (3) or more years of relevant experience on at least four (4) PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain modules: Procurement, General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Commitment Control
Ability to work collaboratively in a project team and to multi-task
Must work on-site with dependable scheduling and ability to cover off-hours support/maintenance for regularly scheduled activities
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
