Role: People Systems Payroll Analyst Location New York, NY Duration: contract Job Requirements Willingness to travel as needed (including international travel) Willingness to participate in meetings outside of core hours to support global projects and teams. 3+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, (or related field) and/or 3+ years' experience in People Systems Organized, analytical, motivated, inventive, flexible, and reciprocal. 2+ years of Workday configuration and solving with a comprehensive understanding of business process, configuration and security. 5+ years of Overall Payroll Experience CPP preferred but not required Ability to collaborate with WeWork and acquired company business partners; Corporate Technology tech support, training, systems engineering, infrastructure, information security, audiovisual, and project management teams; and vendors. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Ability to quickly seek problems that may arise in work products. Ability to partner with software and service vendors / engineers to identify course of resolutions. Attention to detail passionate about the finer details that make the difference. Delivery focused, pragmatic, and driven to get practical solutions live. A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities for yourself and your team; good work ethic. Positive attitude generating enthusiasm among team members. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills. In-depth software development methodologies and software development process.
