Job Description:
· Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM
· Assist the Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, helping the PO with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs. Tracking Sprint Objectives and PI goals, ensure objective evaluation of the system happening to decide milestones.
· Participate in PI planning session, Scrum of Scrums, lead scrum events like sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives, daily scrum calls
· Ensure team is effectively utilized
· Ensure knowledge is documented and spread and across the team
· Ensure team adheres to the laid down Quality and Processes benchmarks
· Customer Communication, Issue and Risk Management
· Ability to understand security model in terms of Salesforce profiles, roles and OWD.
· Able to drive end to end security review process for Salesforce AppExchange listing.
· Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project
· Sprint planning & estimations with Project Manager
· Able to understand Salesforce OOTB features vs custom development and define test Strategy accordingly.
· Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan
· Execute the test plan
· Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards
· Review the Test Cases documents
· Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project
· Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report
· Attend the client calls and discuss the weekly status with the client
· Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines
· Review various reports prepared by Test engineers
· Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
· Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
· Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project
