| Client is sourcing a Scrum Master to support the Identity Access Management group, specifically the Colleague Simplified Sign-On (SSO/Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Customer Identity SSO/MFA teams. In the role, the individual will be part of a team building and supporting Customers and Colleagues using Ping capabilities and other technologies. This role interfaces with multiple stakeholders groups including Developers, Analysts, Engineers, QA/Testers, other Scrum Masters, and Product Owners across the firm. Role Expectations - Demonstrated Scrum Master experience supporting an Agile team with work coming from multiple teams
- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience guiding teams of Developers, QA, Engineers with a concrete working relationship with the Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Exhibits strong ability to provide direction to the team regarding the entire initiative
- Knows how to troubleshoot complex problems and is comfortable making recommendation with appropriate actions

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience working in agile delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications - Strong ability to drive execution and delivery
- Experience with Agile and Scrum Frameworks and their application is Product Development and delivery organizations
- Ability to help lead and drive organizational change
- Ability to facilitate meetings and act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of and experience with an agile process
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or other agile tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Scrum Master experience supporting Customer Identity or MFA/SSO
