About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master who has deep experience leading Agile teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering complex enterprise-level projects. This role requires a strong leader who can coach teams, collaborate across business and technology groups, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality delivery.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build a culture of agility, transparency, ownership, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities -
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Partner with Product Owner to ensure a well-prioritized and groomed backlog aligned to business objectives.

Track, manage, and communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership.

Remove obstacles and foster an environment where teams can deliver high-quality work at a sustainable pace.

Guide teams in Agile best practices, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.

Work with multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).

Build strong relationships with business and technical partners.

Support release planning and forecasting to align delivery expectations.

Use data and metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, throughput, cycle times, dashboards) to drive decisions.

Support organizational transformation towards agile maturity.
Required Skills & Experience -
12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level environments.

Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally or VersionOne.

Ability to influence and coach teams at all levels.

Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications -
Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe-SM, RTE or equivalent.

Background working with distributed or global teams.

Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
