Job Description :
Location: Austin, TX (Long Term)

6+ years as a Scrum Master

Experience with both Kanban and Scrum methodologies
Experience in leading teams new to Agile Strong team leader with the ability to influence and negotiate
Understanding of software development: JAVA, C#, .NET, SQL a plus
Experience using the Atlassian Suite of tools
Experience with teams performing new development while simultaneously supporting Production issues
Experience with communicating status and providing updates to executive level management
Experience with negotiating prioritization between Product Owners and Technical leadership
Experience working with Agile methodology on large scale, complex technical projects for a large enterprise

Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse and a geographically dispersed team Self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Collaboration skills when driving decisions and able to deal with all levels of management and partners.
