Job Summary:
- 10+ years of overall experience. 2 years of Scrum Master/Business Analyst/Technical Product owner experience in development projects
- Should have experience of writing technical user stories and functional user stories in a project involving product development where UI work along with API/Back end services together for the seamless customer experience
- Should have experience of working as a product owner, discussing with the business owners to understand the functional scope of the project, create and prioritize backlog items, create clear-cut requirements (backlog items) for the Agile teams, facilitate backlog grooming, lead and drive the Agile teams in picking up the stories and facilitating the completion of the stories. Proficiency in any Agile Scrum management tool (Jira / ServiceNow)
- Interact with users, customer, other portfolios, and vendors; maintaining communication for full life cycle of project.
- Drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
- Should have experience of working in PO/BA master capacity for projects delivered leveraging distributed agile model which involves team members from onsite & offshore locations.
- Strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
