Bill Rate: $75/hour C2C

Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Direct Client Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-defined product backlog.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the teams' progress and ensure they have the resources needed for success.
- Monitor team dynamics and performance, providing feedback and guidance to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between the teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Track and report on team metrics, facilitating transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
