• Sr (7-10 yrs.), automate desktop image deployments, reduce deployment time and create a standard Gold image based on Customer's approval
• Setup PXE (Pre-Execution Environment) to initiate the image deployment (Will also maintain other forms to deploy the image in case PXE fails)
• Create and manage task sequences (Initiation, setting, OS deployment, domain registration, Application deployment, etc.) during OS image deployment
• Define deployment methods (ZTI/LTI, USMT) and In-place upgrade, Refresh, Replace, New computer deployment using Microsoft End Point Manager
• Troubleshooting the errors occurred during OS Deployment
• Deploying software and images to Customer's Laptops/Desktops
• Maintain quality assurance best practices and control the quality of deliverables
• Perform test on the newly build laptop/desktop before handing it to Customer's user
• Create scripts (VBScript, Power Shell) as part of the image management /software deployment
• Strictly follow the process defined by Customer for OS imaging, software deployment and patching on Laptops and Desktops
• Create change tickets in ServiceNow for approvals to update the Gold image or deploy a patch on Customer's Laptops/Desktops
