SECURITY ENGINEER (Identity and Access Management.)
Marriott is looking for a Technical IAM Engineer to architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement an Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on business/security requirements. Duties will consist of supporting the design, installation, and configuration of the Global Identity and Access Management products. The candidate will also participate in general maintenance and support activities such as performance monitoring/tuning and troubleshooting of issues that arise in IAM environments. In this role you will develop the technical Identity and Access Governance capabilities necessary to keep our company's assets and information secure.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Manage the operational identity environment based on Saviynt IGA solution.
Responsible to integrate and maintain Identity & Access Management products Saviynt, Active Directory in a corporate environment.
Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually.
Support a flexible work schedule (to include nights and weekends on occasion).
Comfortable performing task lead responsibilities for small to medium software projects.
Hands on experience in identity access management, privileged access management, SSO, MFA or other identity management specialties
Monitoring and managing identity solutions including setting up alerts
Provide support for Help Desk to resolve escalated tickets
Update the solution with updates to connectors, workflows, configurations to keep the solution current with the corporate identity needs
Technical architecture experience integrating Saviynt IGA management, access management and access governance software into corporate infrastructure and applications.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required:
7+ years Information Technology experience with at least 5 years in related IAM security function
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Hands on experience with integration, troubleshooting, log analysis, break-fix of above-mentioned products and service
Skills/Experience:
Certified Saviynt professional (Should have completed L100 and L200 trainings)
2 plus years of work experience with the following programming languages: REST APIS, LDAP, Database, PowerShell scripting, Core Java, SQL.
Working knowledge of Dev OPS tools, usage of directory APIs for scripting and automation of configs for migration and deployment
Experience integrating in one or more of the following areas:
Oracle HCM or other HR solutions as an authoritative source
Directory solutions (AD, Azure AD, EDS, Ping Directory)
Developing Dynamic Forms within Saviynt
Access governance including workflows, certifications, SOD, analytics and reporting
