Position Description
Candidate must be on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
Future duties and responsibilities:
SAS developer with 5+ years of experience will be responsible for rewriting existing SAS code in support of a project migrating on-prem data to the cloud.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Convert existing SAS Enterprise Guide projects with "Query Builder and/or SAS code to use new Azure source tables and fields based off a mapping document

Test old SAS Enterprise Guide project output against the newly modified project output

Document test cases and test results and present results to the project team
Required qualifications:

5+ years of experience using SAS Enterprise Guide

Ability to understand Base SAS code

Advanced SQL skills
-
Able to work independently and execute conversions based on a prioritized project list

Familiarity with Teradata and SQL Server

Promptly raise up conversion issues

Able to effectively collaborate with the project team

Strong communication skills

Experience partnering directly with business users

Azure Cloud platform knowledge a plus

Experience working in an agile environment a plus
