Job Title: SAS Developer

Position Description
Candidate must be on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
Future duties and responsibilities:
SAS developer with 5+ years of experience will be responsible for rewriting existing SAS code in support of a project migrating on-prem data to the cloud.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Convert existing SAS Enterprise Guide projects with "Query Builder and/or SAS code to use new Azure source tables and fields based off a mapping document

  • Test old SAS Enterprise Guide project output against the newly modified project output

  • Document test cases and test results and present results to the project team

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience using SAS Enterprise Guide

  • Ability to understand Base SAS code

  • Advanced SQL skills

  • Able to work independently and execute conversions based on a prioritized project list

  • Familiarity with Teradata and SQL Server

  • Promptly raise up conversion issues

  • Able to effectively collaborate with the project team

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience partnering directly with business users

  • Azure Cloud platform knowledge a plus

  • Experience working in an agile environment a plus
