Title : SAP UX Architect [A&D] - REMOTE
Duration : 6+ Months
Location : Herndon, VA
Note : This is remote role but needed go onsite Occasionally ,expenses paid
Job Requirements:
The SAP UX Architect advises on the SAP Fiori solution within the scope of services, bringing extensive experience in UX/UI design, and possessing a robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces.
MUST HAVES:
- Aerospace and Defense (A&D) [Discrete Manufacturing] experience.
- Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography.
- Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience.
- At least five (5) years of hands-on Fiori systems configuration experience within your given SAP component.
- Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later.
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences, acting as an advocate of the end users.
- Deep understanding of design principles allows you to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user comprehension and interaction
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and technologies, influencing the future of user experience.
- Present design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to leadership and executives, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
