Position:- :- SAP Test Lead W2

Location: - Initial remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate

JD :-

  • SAP Test Lead role experience
    • Strategy creation/preparation and implementation
    • Preparation (test planning, test resource planning, environment/integration readiness planning, etc.)
    • Execution (program-wide facilitation of daily test activities across business, IT, 3rd-Party, PMO, Defect Management)
    • Strong communication
      • Able to articulate and present complex concepts with clarity, verbally and/or in writing
      • Able to quickly and proactively identify, mitigate and resolve communication gaps
      • Able to influence cooperation and collaboration in large groups
      • Able to receive instruction and/or feedback and adjust/correct behavior accordingly
  • Primary Tools experience
    • Proficiency with ALM test tool and MS Excel usage
  • Understanding and ability to speak to key testing concepts
    • Test Readiness [data, environment readiness(technical integration), system access and authorization, etc.]
    • Test Scope
    • Test Plan
    • Test Scenario
    • Test Script
    • Test Progress Analysis and Reporting (Proficient using MS Excel); Power BI experience is a plus
    • Test Entry and Exit Criteria
  • Able to travel weekly (St Peters, MO and Belle Mead, NJ)
  • Some SAP functional knowledge and/or understanding in either or all of these SAP workstreams is preferred:
    • FI/CO
    • MM
    • PM
    • PP
    • PE
    • P2P
    • QM
    • SD
    • WM
