Role : SAP Technical Consultant
Location : Irving, TX
Duration : 1+ year
Required Skills
In-depth understanding of SAP solutions, including, but not limited to, S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration Services, CDS View, and ODATA
Should be highly proficient in ABAP
At least 10 years of ABAP development experience including classes, methods, programs, interfaces, IDOCs, reports, workflow, webdynpro.
At least 3 years of experience in building solutions using the latest design trends like ABAP on S4HANA, ODATA, UI5, FIORI, CDS View, ABDP.
At least 3 years of Development of Gateway services, IDoc/XML Interface, RFC (Remote Function Call) and BAPI (Business Application Program Interface) development
Experienced utilizing Odata services for ABAP on S4/HANA development
Should have worked on all kinds of interfaces (IDOC, File)
Should be familiar with ABAP Data Dictionary
Expert programming experience in the following technical areas: Reporting (conventional and interactive), Object Oriented ABAP, User exits, Business Add-Ins and Enhancement spots, Interface development, BAPI, Module Pool (on-line dialog)
Experience in S/4HANA SQL and creating and enhancing CDS Views
Experience in SAP Hana web-based applications, SAPUI5/Fiori UI Interface, OData Services
Understanding of all types of SAP enhancement types (BADIs, implicit/explicit, CMOD/SMOD), enhancement points, BTEs.
Ensure ABAP code is in adherence to development standards as well as creating supporting documentation per documentation standards.
Extensive experience in debugging, performance tuning, Analysis and System monitoring
Experience in using various Performance Optimization/Query Tools like SQL Trace, Buffer Trace, SQL Monitor, Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, SAP Query and Debugger.
Must have experience of scheduling/ Analyzing background Jobs
Understand and analyze Functional Specifications, Write Technical Specifications, develop prototypes and full ABAP solutions, Unit testing and bug fixing.
Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, should be detail oriented, work in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Review of the technical solutions into detailed technical design documents, ensuring all functional requirements are met in the technical design.
Required Work Experience
Have minimum 10 years in SAP ABAP experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations.
Implementation Experience of SAP ABAP in finance domain
Knowledge of S4HANA Finance domain implementation
Hands on experience with SAP Fiori.
Excellent understanding of Data Migration concepts and strategies
Experience in data migration using SAP and non-SAP solutions
