Detailed JD:
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP S4 HANA Cloud Professional Service, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Design, configuration and testing of SAP CPM on S/4 HANA
- Experience in leading, directing and managing teams
- Integration experience of SAP CPM with SAP PS / BW-IP / SD / FICO on S/4 HANA
- Experience in implementing CPM for professional service industry on S/4 HANA
- Suggest solutions to customer based on SAP best practices for business benefits.
- Experience in SAP activate methodology including SAP activate for Cloud
- Assist in the development of business process descriptions
- Generate solution documentation and training content for new solutions /change solutions
- Conduct implementation & training workshops: This is particularly required for SAP super users and then guidance for end-user training
- Assist super users and provide guidance on end-user documentation preparation
- Provide guidance to create test plan & strategy to test SAP functionality for the required business processes, Conduct unit tests and project specific testing based on customer defined scenarios
- Prepare functional Specifications, inputs to technical team for custom developments
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting, investigate, analyse, and solve software problems and map client business processes
- Provide progress and status inputs to management team for reporting
