Job Description :
The SAP Support resource will monitor SAP interfaces and coordinate with technology partners and business for issue resolution. He/she also has to monitor Service Pro incidents/tickets and report to SAP support partners and coordinate with them for the issue resolution.

Essential Functions:

Monitor SAP interfaces and report to technical partners or business.
Monitor SAP background jobs.
Monitor Service desk issues and raise tickets with our SAP support partner.
Run SAP extracts/reports to support the business.
Check and validate master data records and status (Vendors, Customers, Accounts, and Employees
Liaison between business and SAP support partner.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance / Accounting, or related discipline with an IT focus.
SAP support experience in integrations/interfaces (2-3 years
Working experience with service management tools (Service Pro and Service Now
SAP integrations understanding (IDOC, RFC and API), able to check SAP system logs and background jobs.
