Position Title
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Remote for now - eventually San Diego, CA but can travel in
Skillset Needed:
Implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Career Site Builder,
and onboarding functionality and processes. We are looking for a solution
architect/senior functional/technical lead to assist in all aspects of this
implementation, from project preparation, requirements gathering, solution
design/blueprint, hands-on functional configuration, develop custom reports
(if needed), test script development to testing, documentation and training
functional staff for modules administration. The resource will be working in
conjunction with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff of
development, security and basis resources on a project team. The proposed
resource(s) need to have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in
working with the SuccessFactors Recruiting and onboarding. Resource(s) also
need to have completed at least four successful full lifecycles
SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding implementation projects, preferably
within the US Public Sector that has at least four (4) labor unions
IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, IS-PS ECC 6.0, BO 4.2, BW7.5, PBF 8.1, GRC
10.1, Solution Manager 7.2, PO 7.40, Fiori 3.0, OpenText 16.0 and HANA 2.0.
Task Description:
There is a need to enhance unclassified (salaried employee) recruiting
process to reach out to a broader community pool of qualified candidates.
The aim of this project is to simplify and automate the recruiting process
that is mostly manual now. Also need to implement a robust onboarding
process. Currently, SuccessFactors LMS is being used to assign new hires
learning needs and regulation reviews. There is a need for a more creative
and robust onboarding tool. The chosen implementation partner will work with
the ERP and Human Resources staff to:
Recruiting: As a functional/technical lead and project manager to analyze
as-is processes, advise on best practices, set up Recruiting/Marketing from
Provisioning, create a QuickBase for the SEO team specific to our needs,
request site mockups, mockup approval, request initial job collection and
job data quality assessment, complete the configuration workbook, set up
Role-based permissions, request sub-domain, SSL setup, assist staff with
testing, perform configuration changes when needed, update the configuration
workbook, develop any custom report(s), assist with integrations to other
SuccessFactors or SAP modules, assist with SSO setup, and train end users
and administrators.
. Onboarding: As a functional/technical and project manager, analyze as-is
processes, advise best practices, set up Onboarding from Provisioning, set
up Role-based Permissions, deploy Onboarding Process definition, configure
data model for Onboarding, integrate Recruiting and/or other systems with
Onboarding, configure data collection, manage Onboarding template(s), create
and update configuration workbook, develop any custom report(s), assist with
SSO setup, and train end users and administrators.
