Role Description:
- Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
- Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs
- Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting
- Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
- Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.
- At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements
