Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Marysville, OH Duration: 6 Months Rate: $78/hr Job Description: 1.Employee Central Certified with minimum two end to end implementation experience 2.Should have in-depth understanding of EC data models 3.Should be adept in configuring EC workflows, writing complex business rules pertaining to Time Off Scenarios, Benefits claims and Reimbursements 4.Should have worked on EC integration center 5.Should have configured E letters from Document Generation 6. Resource should be aware Onshore and Offshore model 7. Should have aware of US HR process Preferable 8. Should have well aware of US Payroll process 9. Experience is writing Functional Spec, Conducting Workshop, Freezing Requirement and MOMs
