SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud HCM) Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Cloud HCM solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, etc.)
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to SuccessFactors solutions
Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and role-based access
Manage data migration, integrations, and system testing
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems
Support UAT, end-user training, and go-live activities
Provide post go-live and production support
Prepare functional documentation and solution design documents

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud HCM)
Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience with Employee Central and at least one other SuccessFactors module
Knowledge of integrations and data migration tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP CPI integrations
Knowledge of SAP HCM (On-Premise)
SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred)
