5+ years hands-on in Success Factors LMS, PMGM, EC, and Onboarding
Experience with:

RBP (Role-Based Permissions)
MDF objects
Data Models
Business Rules
Compensation templates (optional)

Strong knowledge of HR business processes
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
SAP Success Factors Certification in at least one module preferred
