Should have experience in SAP Successfactors Multiple modules like EC, RCM, LMS, Compensation at least strong knowledge.
2. Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing EC Workbooks
3. Should have experience in Configuration and customisation activities in EC module.
This position will be responsible for successful solutioning and delivery of SAP Success Factors technology/processes ONB, RCM will be an added advantage. Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements.
Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables particularly in the Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.
Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
