Job Description/ Responsibilities
Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations; integrating to backend ISU (S/4HANA) system
Present key workshops as defined by the methodology to help gather business requirements and translating requirements to design specifications of the customer solution
Scope, design and configure the system to meet business requirements
Create functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization
Work with integration SME on connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and back-end S/4HANA environment
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1. Implementing SAP Service Cloud for a utility client with an S/4HANA backend system
2. Good understanding of underlying technology and integration of SAP Service Cloud with other IT systems and processes (via BTP)
3. Utilities experience a must
