Locations: Day 1 Onsite Austin, TX
Hybrid - 3 days Onsite / Week

They may have worked on SAP CS (customer service) to get these skills as opposed to SM which is more niche.
Candidate if selected to work on AppleCare projects, expected areas of knowledge include but not limited to:
- Repairs and Service Notification
- Warranty and Contracts
- Sales and Distribution
- Ability to read and debug ABAP codes.
- Interfaces
- Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal Cross functional leading ability across SAP and non-SAP teams Coordinate all PLC phases b/w onsite/offshore teams.
- Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Needs to communicate effectively and proactively.
