Role : SAP SD/PS Billing Resource (Remote)
Location: Remote with possible travel to Little Rock, AR (Expenses paid)
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes integrated with Project Systems (PS), ensuring alignment with business and project delivery needs.
- Configure and support project-based billing using DP91, with a focus on WBS elements, network activities, and resource-related billing scenarios.
- Design and maintain billing profiles, Dynamic Item Processors (DIP), and settlement rules to streamline billing operations and ensure compliance.
- Oversee the integration of PS structures (WBS, networks, activities) with SD documents to support accurate billing, reporting, and revenue recognition.
- Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle from sales order creation and time/expense capture to DP91 processing and final invoice generation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, SD, MM, and PS) to resolve integration issues and deliver a seamless user experience across modules.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments based on evolving business needs.
- Coordinate and execute system testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for OTC and PS scenarios.
- Produce clear and concise documentation including process flows, training guides, and test scripts to support system adoption and sustainability.
- Provide go-live support and assist in post-implementation stabilization activities, ensuring billing continuity and issue resolution in project-driven environment
