We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with a strong background in sales processes and expertise in the implementation and optimization of SAP SD modules. As an OTC Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and providing guidance to support the efficient and effective execution of sales and order management processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, sales representatives, IT professionals, and other consultants, to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales and order management processes.
  • Design and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including pricing procedures, sales document types, item categories, output determination, and billing processes.
  • Perform system testing, document test cases, and conduct end-to-end testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance to end users, resolving functional issues and addressing inquiries related to SAP SD OTC processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enable end users to effectively utilize SAP SD functionalities.
  • Collaborate with development teams and technical consultants to design and implement enhancements and integrations with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SD OTC trends, best practices, and updates, and proactively suggest improvements to optimize business processes.
