SAP SD Order-to-Cash Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an SAP SD Order-to-Cash Consultant to manage, configure, and support sales and distribution processes within the SAP environment. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end O2C cycles, ensuring seamless integration with finance, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements related to Order-to-Cash processes

  • Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module

  • Manage sales order processing, pricing, delivery, shipping, and billing

  • Support customer master data and sales master data management

  • Handle credit management and billing processes

  • Ensure integration between SD and FI/CO modules

  • Work on outputs, partner determination, and copy controls

  • Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements

  • Support testing, UAT, and end-user training

  • Provide production support and issue resolution

  • Document business processes and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash cycle

  • Experience in sales order management, delivery, and billing processes

  • Hands-on experience in SAP configuration

  • Knowledge of pricing, output determination, and copy control

  • Understanding of SD integration with FI/CO

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities

  • Exposure to SAP Credit Management (FSCM)

  • Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and integrations

  • Industry-specific sales process experience
