Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM-APO) to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring seamless integration of SAP SCM modules to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead SAP SCM implementation or upgrade projects through the full lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Maintain clear communication and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Supply Chain Expertise
Oversee configuration and integration of SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, WM, EWM, primarily APO).
Ensure SAP solutions align with supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards.
Team Leadership
Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants and technical experts.
Provide guidance and resolve SAP-related issues during and post-implementation.
Post-Implementation Support
Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
Provide ongoing support and optimization for SAP SCM processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years in SAP SCM modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules: MM, PP, WM/EWM, APO.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
