SAP HR **roll Support Analyst

Duration: 12-24 months

Location: Fully remote. Client in Tulsa, OK

Apex Systems is supporting a large oil and gas client's ongoing SAP HR **roll analysis and support needs for the client's global SAP instance. We are looking for an SAP HR **roll Support Analyst for a long-term, fully remote project.

Primary Functions

  • Individual will have responsibility for analysis and support for SAP HR **roll and Time within the client's global SAP instance
  • SAP Support activities will include SAP **roll/Time configuration related to: Wage Types, Time to Wage Type Mapping, Garnishments, 3rd Party Remittance, Off-Cycle, **roll Adjustments, US Tax Reporting, Benefits, Reporting and Support Pack Testing
  • Activities include: system configuration/design, issue analysis and resolution, reconciliation, functional integration and regression testing, end-user training/knowledge sharing, and ticket/problem resolution

Basic/Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP **roll/Time
  • 3+ years' experience post go-live supporting US **roll/Time
  • Proficient in custom Schema/Rule writing within **roll and/or Time
  • Proficient in Wage Type, Garnishment, 3rd Party Vendor setup
  • Proficient in **roll Adjustment and Off-Cycle **roll Workbenches
  • Full understanding of the PA/OM, Time and Finance Integration with **roll

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the integration of the HR Master Data, Org Management
  • Experience with BSI Tax Factory, BSI TUBS, State and Federal Tax Filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Experience with custom Schema and Rules including custom Function/Operations
  • Experience with enhancements/user-exits available in **roll/Time and CATS.
  • Experience in US payroll processes

  • Must work closely with internal & external clients, as well as other support team members
  • Excellent clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good testing and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
