Job Description
SAP Project Systems (PS) Expert
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Expert to support hands-on configuration, execution, and optimization of PS processes within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. This role requires strong integration across Inventory Management, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate project cost tracking, reporting, and lifecycle governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on configuration and customization of SAP Project Systems (PS) master data, including project structures, navigation profiles, demand capture, and interlinked project setups
- Execute and support PS operational processes, including inventory setup, PR/PO integration, and goods receipt/goods issue (GR/GI)
- Ensure accurate financial integration for project cost roll-ups, allocations, settlements, and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering) to troubleshoot, optimize, and standardize PS processes
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle management while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
- Assist with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement within SAP PS
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) configuration and operational execution
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes (PR/PO, GR/GI)
- Demonstrated expertise in finance integration within PS, including cost allocation, settlement, and cost roll-up
- Experience managing complex, interlinked projects in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid work environment with partial onsite expectations (1 week per month onsite)
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process discipline
- Preferred - Relevant certification(s) preferred. Must be verifiable.
