Job Description :
Client is seeking a world-class Program Director to lead and manage key engagements with our North American SAP practice. A successful candidate will be part of a top-notch program management team with experience delivering large-scale and complex enterprise-level solutions. This key role will also focus on SAP Practice initiatives and next-generation delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management and delivery to customers of all projects under a SAP program
Manages delivery of programs in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction
Provides overall team leadership for the program
Manages day-to-day activities and provides leadership to project teams, and provides overall coordination of off-shore resources in conjunction with his off-shore management counterpart
Defines and manages the overall program scope, approach and plan
Ensures that projects within the program are completed on time and within budgeted cost and profitability targets.
Mentors and develops leadership talent of project managers and team members as required
Drives end to end program implementation involving interaction with multiple stakeholders
Establishes executive level and operational level client relationships; and understands their concerns, challenges, and goals
Manages client expectations, provides updates to senior management, participates in steering committee meetings
Anticipates issues and needs of the customer related to the program and addresses them proactively

Position Qualifications
Minimum of 20+ years SAP-related Work Experience with some large business transformation projects
S/4HANA implementation experience is a must. Experience with Hybris Commerce and SAP Sales/Service Cloud will be good to have
Experience as SAP Project Manager for multiple, full life-cycle implementation projects with at least one global template rollout project involving multiple countries and life sciences / medical devices client
Experience of working in an off-shore / on-shore model
Detailed knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager
Extensive experience working for a Tier 1 or comparable systems integrator in SAP delivery-focused leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholder groups through the life-cycle of a project / program – i.e., client, consultant, 3rd party (SAP or another vendor)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and ability to communicate effectively with client business and IT leadership
Proficiency developing high-level and detailed program and project level activity/task work plans, schedules, staffing plans, and work-effort estimates
Proficiency in scope and scope change management, issue and risk management, and status reporting (executive level and team level)
Experienced in sales / pre-sales activities – i.e., lead qualification and development, team sales, partnering with other solution providers, RFI / RFP (bid) responses, bid response presentations to customers
