We re seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive the migration of complex SAP landscapes to the cloud, modernizing how critical systems power business performance.

What You ll Do
- Define and deliver program roadmaps, milestones, and budgets for SAP cloud migration.
- Oversee functional and technical teams through system assessments, data migration, and cutover.
- Design governance structures, report KPIs, and ensure risks are identified and mitigated early.
- Build strong partnerships with cloud vendors, SAP consultants, and system integrators.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and other regulatory standards while keeping the business running smoothly.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of SAP program leadership with end-to-end delivery experience.
- Successful track record migrating SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA) to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong expertise across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW/BI, S/4HANA).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP; SAP and cloud certs are a big plus.
- Experience with hybrid cloud strategies, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and SAP Activate.
- A knack for clear communication, servant leadership, and managing complex stakeholder environments.
