Position: SAP PP/ Manufacturing Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate is required to support PT zone work hours. May require offshore alignment)
Duration: 6-months
Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP PP and MM solutions during the migration from ECC to S/4 HANA
Participate in the functional design phase, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices in discrete manufacturing
Analyze and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to enhance production efficiency and accuracy
Act as a key member of the data team, supporting data migration and validation efforts to ensure seamless transition to S/4 HANA
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the new SAP functionalities effectively
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP PP and MM modules, with a focus on discrete manufacturing environments
Proven experience in designing and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) within SAP systems
Strong understanding of semi-conductor manufacturing processes and industry standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Hands on expertise in Master data (Material Master, BOM, WC, and routing) Demand Planning (Forecast), MRP, Capacity Planning, shopfloor execution (Production orders), Discrete, make to order (MTO), Engineer order (ETO), manufacturing scenarios along with variant configuration scenarios
