Job Description :
The SAP Super User role is the first line of support for all SAP users. This role will be the point of contact when users need help running a transaction, identifying the source of a problem, or understanding integration points. The Super User will be able to filter end user requests and only pass along issues that are truly IT related or enhancements. The SAP Super User role requires a solid understanding of all facets of SAP, knowledge of the business processes.

Role Requirements:

ul>
li>Bachelor39;s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering field strongly preferred)/li>
li>Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain management required/li>
li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain or finance required/li>
li>Experience with project management best practices/li>
li>Experience developing and improving processes/li>
li>Subject matter expert in all facets of SAP ECC 6.0/li>
li>Ability drive results with minimal supervision/li>
li>Ability to manage deadlines, organize and prioritize work and work with other functional teams/li>
li>Excellent written and verbal communication/li>
li>Strong interpersonal skills/li>
li>Proficient user of MS Office suite with working knowledge of SAP/li>
li>Ability to travel and willing to work from other offices on a regular basis/li>
/ul>

Core Responsibilities:

ul>
li>Support the PA key users on incidents, process issues and resolution./li>
li>Serve as a liaison alongside the business and IT counterparts to corporate in supporting the corporate process standards./li>
li>Rectify incidents within SAP applications, support SAP modules with corresponding internal and external interfaces./li>
li>Further develop the specific module community among the Key-Users/li>
li>Proactive in gathering and understanding of business process and recommend improvements where feasible./li>
li>Prepare and document incidents, functional issues, requests for information, problems, service and change requests from business users./li>
li>Provide sufficient SAP support, documentation and training for users in all facets of the day to day operational activities and escalate the tickets to the next level as required./li>
li>Analyze technical and procedural issues for root cause analysis and implement or recommend improvements to avoid future occurrences./li>
li>Experience working within an SAP ECC 6.0 global environment and working with ABAP debugging preferred./li>
li>Understanding of integration between SAP ECC Modules (MM/IM/WM, SD, FI/li>
li>Ability to understand and interpret business requirements to apply those needs to the SAP ECC corporate standards/li>
li>Experience prioritizing, trouble shooting and resolving SAP ECC transactions processing issues based on business impact Ability to work alone and as a team member./li>
li>Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills./li>
li>Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly./li>

Note:

1. This positon is for a SAP Super-User.It is a support role, NOT DEVELOPMENT. They only require 4+ years of experience.

2.Candidates in Florida with a LinkedIn profile preferred but not required. The client has indicated there could be some flexibility in rate.
