Position: SAP Plant Maintenance Location: Remote with some travel Contract: 12+ Months Contract Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our maintenance management processes using SAP PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant maintenance operations, SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and WM.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure, test, and deploy SAP PM functionalities (e.g., maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, work centers).
- Provide support for end-users and resolve issues related to SAP PM.
- Design and document functional specifications for system enhancements or integrations.
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP PM implementations or upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Train users on SAP PM features, processes, and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and propose technical and functional solutions.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and change management processes.
- Monitor PM module performance and propose optimizations or continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data, maintenance strategies, and order processing.
- Experience in integrating SAP PM with MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori or S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills: - SAP certification in PM or related modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices.
- Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI).
Working Conditions: - Standard business hours with some flexibility required for system go-lives or upgrades.
- Some travel may be required for training or project implementation.
