Job Description :

Must have 15+ years of SAP experience

SAP Pl2Pr Solution Architect wwith specialty in Master Production Scheduling:

  • A&D Industry Schedulers understanding of:
    • Rate
    • Takt
    • Positions
    • Manufacturing Station
    • Shop Floor Bird farm
    • Common Tools
    • Production Line
    • Forward, Backward, Forward & Backward scheduling by Positions, Sections and Manufacturing Stations
    • Scheduling multiple Models on a single Production Line
    • Out the Door (OTD)
    • Entry into Service (EIS)
    • Scheduling Spares/MRO on the same line as Production
    • Multiple lines in multiple plants
    • Re-firing of schedule

 

  • SAP functionality:
    • Final Assembly/Complex Manufacturing
    • Parameter Effectivity
    • Project Systems Logistics functionality (Network, Reference Pointers, BoM-PS Explosion)
    • Flat MBoM with Installation Part (MPS Part), Reference Pointers, Phantom (Boeing ACC or ACCP)
    • Effectivity Sales Order for End Item
    • MRP (understanding of how to run in simulation)
    • Capacity Planning
    • STO to handle Program across multiple plants
