Job Description :
1) Candidate has good business knowledge of US Payroll but he is lacking technical expertise of SAP Payroll concepts like Process Model, Valuation , Factoring, Rules & schema’s which is very much required in Disney. He might not be the right fit for this requirement.

2)Candidate current experience is more on Success factor EC and ECP .We are looking for candidate who has strong hands on and extensive experience in US Payroll and who worked mainly in production support environment and resolves US payroll related incidents, enhancement and PRB on day to day basis.

Candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in SAP HCM.

· Should have 8+ years of experience in US and Canada Payroll.

· Should have strong experience in Requirement Gathering, Solution designing , Fit Gap analysis, demonstrate Client workshop.

· Should have Strong communication skills and have Client facing experience.

· Expertise knowledge in Creation and maintenance of PCRs and schemas to cater business and legal requirements in Time Management and Payroll.

· Should have good understanding and configuration experience in Gross to Net calculation in US Payroll, TUBS , BSI & release upgrade.

· Should have done at least two end to end implementation and support project for SAP US Payroll.

· Have good hands on experience in Schema, Rules, 3rd party integration and interfaces.

· Have experience in leading a Team of at least 2 Project

· Should have Project Management experience.
