Remote - SAP OTC Test Lead

• 8+ years of experience in understanding of business and functional requirements and testing of SAP system solutions.
• Solid understanding of the SAP Order to Cash business process involving multiple partner systems- both upstream and downstream systems.
• Very good understanding of SAP SCM /GATP experience involving allocations.
• Knowledge of SAP Vistex Chargebacks and Rebates.
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience in all SD modules is a big plus with strong understanding of Pricing.
• Technical skills for understanding the custom code such as ABAP/4 programming.
• Possess deep knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Object Oriented ABAP, ALE, IDOC, EDI, ALV reporting, A e forms, SMARTFORM/SAP Scripts, WebDynpro, Module pools and Data migration techniques like BDC, LSMW.
• Expert in SAP Enhancements technologies including Classical Enhancements BADI, BAPI, User Exits, BTE, and new Enhancement framework.
• Very good understanding of testing highly customized SAP environments
• Solid domain knowledge in Pharmaceutical distribution.
• Ability to test technical solutions that operate efficiently in high transaction volume scenarios.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe and/or SCRUM methodologies a plus.
• Excellent coordination and communications skills to interact with Business Analysts, Development Leaders/Team to understand and analyze business processes.
• Ability to work and lead in a team in an Offshore and Onsite Model.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Lead QA Test Analyst for SAP application development Scrum teams by testing and signing off new SAP service functionality.
• Partner with other team member both at Offshore and Onsite to test the functionality, end to end, that address business functional requirements.
• Validates the assumptions and the recommended approach with Business SMEs and Solution managers through End to End Testing based out of business or functional requirements.
• Does extended Unit, Functional and Integration testing for any configuration changes to SAP modules to validate the functional design decisions that were made.
• Partners with other team members and McKesson IT stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and early life support of service changes.
• Participates in Regular Scrum Team Activities/ AGILE SAFe ceremonies.

Education

• 4-year degree in engineering, business, finance, accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• SAP SCM/GATP Certifications is a big plus.
