SAP OTC (Order to cash)

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP OTC Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Order to Cash processes within SAP. The candidate will work with business users to streamline sales, billing, and revenue-related operations while ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes

  • Work on sales order management, pricing, billing, and invoicing

  • Manage customer master data and credit management processes

  • Handle delivery processing and shipping functions

  • Support integration with related modules (MM, FI, EWM, etc.)

  • Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC issues

  • Perform testing, documentation, and user training

  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and developments

  • Support system upgrades and business process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP OTC / SAP SD processes

  • Experience with sales orders, deliveries, and billing cycles

  • Knowledge of pricing, output determination, and copy controls

  • Understanding of customer master data and credit management

  • Familiarity with integration points with FI and MM

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • Knowledge of IDocs / interfaces (basic understanding)

  • SAP certification in SD / OTC

  • Experience in end-to-end implementations or support projects
